Well, hello there! Thank you for visiting my profile page. My name is Tara, and my world was turned upside down a few years ago. I experienced devastating losses: my mother and mother-in-law passed away, and my son was going through difficult times. Grief consumed me, and I found myself crying every single day for two years. I tried traditional therapy, but it seemed ineffective, leaving me feeling trapped in my pain and despair.

Then one day, I stumbled upon a YouTube video about the Mace Energy Method. Intrigued, I booked a session, and it changed everything. For the first time, I felt like I was rediscovering the real me, the person I had been all along, but had lost sight of. Unlike traditional therapy, this approach truly worked! And I was able to have all my wonderful memories without negative thoughts or triggers.

I have always had a passion for helping others. And as a nurse’s aide in nursing home facilities, I witnessed firsthand the struggles of others during their final moments, overwhelmed by negative self-perceptions. Many individuals would reflect on themselves with harsh criticism, with feelings of being inadequate or guilty, for example, despite being kind and compassionate individuals who had made a positive impact on those around them. It was heartbreaking to see.

These experiences drove me to become a Mace Energy Method Practitioner. My mission now is to help others break free from destructive emotional patterns and rediscover their true, authentic selves. I’ve seen firsthand how negative thoughts can overshadow a lifetime of goodness, and I’m committed to preventing that.
