At a point in my life, I hit bottom and nearly lost everything I cared about. I was high-strung, stressed-out, overwhelmed, depressed, resentful, and angry. Negative thoughts and feelings controlled my life. Some days were so bad I didn’t want to get out of bed. Desperate, I called out to my savior, Jesus, for help, and through a well-timed YouTube video, the life-changing Mace Energy Method entered my world.
Today, my life radiates a different story. I respond instead of reacting; stress, overwhelm, and negativity don’t affect me the way they used to, and I am no longer an explosive ball of anger and resentment. By dealing with and eradicating my own negative identities, the REAL me emerged. I now regularly experience a purposeful life of love, forgiveness, and gratitude.
As a certified Licensed MEM Practitioner, I understand the importance of finding balance and living a healthy, fulfilling life. My heart deeply desires to help women of all ages do the same. After struggling with and overcoming my own issues, my passion increased for assisting other women in eliminating their own negative identities so they, too, can experience who they REALLY are and live a limitless, authentic life filled with purpose.
