Over 23 years ago, I discovered the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and the therapeutic intelligence of sound and silence. These practices became my first doorway into understanding how the nervous system heals, how the body stores emotional weight, and how we reconnect with ourselves. Since then, I’ve shared these tools in diverse settings — with military personnel, in hospitals and psychiatric programs, in school enrichment workshops, and in communities seeking grounding and relief.
Anyone on a healing journey knows this: emotional pain is shaped by both personal experience and the environments we move through. In the late 1990s, while serving in the Air Force Security Forces, I carried heavy burdens — physically and emotionally. Working alongside first responders, security personnel, and veterans taught me the strength of shared struggle… but it also revealed a hard biological and psychological reality: repeating and reliving past pain does not create healing. It reinforces neural pathways that keep people stuck.
As I transitioned into therapeutic roles in military and forensic settings, I witnessed the profound impact of unresolved emotions — how they influence behavior, identity, and the ability to feel safe. But it wasn’t until a loved one experienced a sudden psychotic break that I fully understood the depth and complexity of emotional suffering. In that moment, every part of my background — yoga, meditation, trauma‑informed practice, psychology, nervous‑system work — rose to the surface. I used everything I knew to support them. And when every tool I had reached its limit, something in me shifted.
The urgency to find real solutions — solutions that worked at the level where pain actually lives — became non‑negotiable.
That search led me to my mentor, a retired psychotherapist with more than 50 years of experience in psychiatric settings. He pointed me toward the one method he had seen consistently create meaningful, lasting change. Guided by his mentorship, my academic training, and my commitment to solutions‑based healing, I arrived at the Causism Institute… and began my journey as a Mace Energy Method Practitioner.
In a humbling and deeply ironic way, my loved one’s crisis revealed my life’s purpose. For that, I am profoundly grateful.
Most people have been on a “healing journey” for years — sometimes decades — and they’re exhausted.
The Mace Energy Method™ is not another chapter in that journey.
It is the pivot point.
The fork in the road.
The moment the healing loop ends… and the Real Self Journey begins.
I look forward to sharing the immense benefits of this “A’Mace’ing” method with you.

As someone deeply immersed in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I’ve spent years guiding individuals toward understanding and harmonizing their inner parts—the protectors, wounded exiles, and the core Self. IFS is profoundly healing, but it’s a gradual process that involves deep introspection and repeated engagement with one’s internal system.
Recently, I had the opportunity to experience the Mace Energy Method with D, and I’ll be honest—the shift I felt was unlike anything I’ve encountered before. Where IFS invites dialogue with inner parts, MEM bypasses analysis altogether and directly eliminates the negative identities that fuel emotional distress. There was no need to sift through layers of trauma or negotiate between conflicting parts. Instead, under D’s expert facilitation, I identified and permanently dis-created a negative identity I didn’t even realize was subtly influencing my emotional responses.

Daviana has provided me with assistance throughout the process, guiding me through the manner and procedure to eliminate and rid myself of the negative parasitic residues that needed to go. She helped me put myself in a state of neutrality so that the energetic work could be carried out. She was able to guide me with great professionalism throughout this process of liberation and personal healing.

The Mace Energy Method is very different from all the previous therapeutic approaches I have experienced. Indeed, this therapy acts directly on the root of the problem. It does not get lost in considerations and aspects of the individual’s personal history and the personal and emotional judgment that the person can make. In this way, it does not affect the effectiveness of the in-depth work and the natural process of internal healing. It is not necessary to provide personal data; just follow the instructions of the practitioner.

I am incredibly impressed with MEM after exploring what seems like countless healing modalities. While there are many benefits to the many healing modalities available, I found a “rubber band effect” frequently happened where shortly after healing, I still felt the heaviness and intimidation of facing either similar situations to previous trauma or even just mundane daily tasks.
Since experiencing MEM with Daviana, my emotions no longer pummel me, and I do not shy away from situations or people I previously felt I needed to avoid. I feel stronger (better able to manage my emotions and situations), softer (less agitated or triggered), more focused and energized – not just dreaming about my purpose and feeling detached from it, but actually stepping into and embodying it.
So very thankful for this sense of freedom and success, it is beautifully life-changing. What I love so much about the process is how simple and efficient it is. In my 20+ year journey with healing, I found the most notable and effective form of trauma healing was a technique called EMDR, where you hold pulsing electrodes in the palm of your hand, simulating the REM stage of sleep. A trained therapist guides you through a traumatic memory, and as you discuss it, they help reframe the memory in a way that removes the emotional charge attached to it, and new insight allows for a much more harmonious understanding of what happened. The experience stood out to me as being very effective and helpful.
However, one session would typically address one traumatic memory. With MEM, because the details do not need to be discussed, 1 session can encompass several traumatic memories, effectively resolving and evolving many traumas in a short time, without the need for any equipment. I am amazed at the heavy lifting MEM quickly accomplishes. What a golden opportunity!
Thank you endlessly, Daviana, you’re an angel and bless this world so abundantly!

This method works! It worked for me, I would definitely recommend it. And I would recommend Daviana as a practitioner, she truly cares about her clients and is always kind and caring, she wants to make sure she solves all her clients’ problems. I would recommend following the protocol and definitely making sure to attend the second session! I say that because of experience, the second session is the one where I really had a huge breakthrough with the method, it cleared something that I have been struggling with for years! I am very grateful for such an opportunity.

Daviana has been a blessing on my path and represented the opportunity that allowed me to free myself from very low emotions that prevented me from living. I must say that thanks to her, I was able to connect to a state of plenitude and deep joy. I feel that working with her unblocked old situations that were unconsciously anchored, and since then, I feel like I am embracing life like a newborn. Thank you very much for your wonderful work.
