Christian Bilek
MEM PRACTITIONER
Cyprus | Netherlands
After a career in graphic arts, international sales and setting up and running an IT company, I left the Netherlands for Cyprus. There I found Mace Energy Method (MEM). Initially, I was looking for help for a family member in need. Trying it out myself, I was stunned by the effectiveness and quick, lasting results Mace delivered. It also fundamentally turned around the life of my family member.
As I have always been interested in personal growth, my life took a new direction as I became a Mace Energy Method Practitioner. There is no better reward than to see clients transform in a session and come out beaming, having lost the burden they carried. I work with my intuition; it often guides me to the areas that need attention.
As a Reiki Master, I like to support people when healing from injuries or medical procedures, either hands-on or remotely.
Emotional Reset sessions are in English or Dutch, and I am fluent in German, Danish and French too, so you can talk to me in these languages if you prefer. I strive to do my work with grace and dignity.
In my free time, I enjoy being at the beach, walking and swimming.
I can be contacted via my website, Emotional Reset, via email christian@emotionalreset.com, or you can WhatsApp me on +35794612593.
CLIENT STORIES

I stepped into the mace energy method in a state of quiet trembling, spirit heavy with tears and overtaken by negative identities that had, for too long, stolen my light. I felt lost in the shadows of who I thought I was ‘supposed’ to be.
But through Christian’s guidance and this profoundly simple methodology, the clouds began to part. It was a metamorphosis I didn’t think possible. Those heavy, negative identities simply dissolved, replaced by a sense of victory that resonates in my bones.
Today, I feel as though I am standing in a vibrant flower garden of my own making, breathing in the scent of new beginnings. My soul feels like the blue sky that bends down to kiss the ocean—vast, calm, and infinitely connected.
Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian and this homecoming.

For me, Mace (Mace Energy Method) provided a wonderful emotional reset. Negative emotions, or negative identities I identified with, became visible. I didn’t realize some of them still played a role in my life, although I assumed I had outgrown them.
Christian, you guided me beautifully toward these identities and their release.
At the end of the session, all that remained was the experience of silence and infinity, which, a day after the session, still resonates with me, along with gratitude.
