MEG VANDERBILT, MEM PRACTITIONER
Meg is excited to share with you decades of experience in life coaching and wellness pursuits. She graduated with a chemistry degree that launched her career in teaching and learning more about our mind, body, and spirit connection.
After being frustrated in not finding answers in the current medical system for her health challenges, Meg embarked on a journey to understand more about holistic healing and the world of energy medicine.
In 2007, she started Bit of Hope Ranch, a horse rescue that partners rescued horses with clients who are struggling with trauma, neglect, or physical challenges. Her equine-assisted therapy hours allowed her to learn a lot from the horses. They showed her valuable lessons about life…and the power of intention and energy shifts. Meg created Herdmanship University, a remote learning program, to teach other horse facilities how to implement these programs for their community. She continues to care for the herd with specialized nutrition, emotional clearing sessions…and now MACE sessions.
Her passion is fueled by the desire to help people and animals that are hurting and weighed down by life’s challenges. As a Jesus follower, she feels compelled by Luke 4:18, “The Lord’s Spirit has come to me because he has chosen me to tell the good news to the poor. The Lord has sent me to announce freedom for prisoners, to give sight to the blind, to free everyone who suffers”. Her site, Renew You Energetics, believes that we can be renewed by releasing negative thoughts and limiting beliefs.
Meg is a wife and a mother to 3 beautiful children who are impacting their world in amazing ways. Meg raises giant flemish rabbits and also has her horse that she uses for therapy sessions. She is most comfortable in her jeans and boots and enjoys spending time with her husband outdoors.
Meg lives in North Carolina, USA.
